Accessibility

Many of our customers are living with, or caring for someone with, a disability. A store like ours has to work for everyone who uses it, so accessibility is a requirement here, not an afterthought.

Draft policy. This wording is in review and is not yet in effect. Final, counsel-approved terms are published before the store opens.

Our goal

We aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard across the store. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finish line: as we add pages and features we test them against that standard, and we won’t claim the whole site is perfect — if something falls short, we want to know.

How we build for it

In practice that means semantic, screen-reader-friendly structure; everything operable by keyboard, not just a mouse; text and controls that meet AA colour-contrast; labelled forms with clear error messages; and motion that respects your “reduce motion” setting — when that’s on, content arrives without movement.

Tell us if something doesn’t work

If any part of the store is hard to use with your assistive technology — a page you can’t navigate, an image without a description, a control you can’t reach — please contact us. Tell us the page and what got in your way, and we’ll work to fix it. If you need information from a page you can’t access, we’ll also get it to you another way — just ask.

Still have a question about an order or a product? The FAQ and contact page are the fastest routes to a person.
