Who we are & what this site is
Corera Solutions runs this site. The equipment half of it is informational: we show durable medical equipment, we answer questions about it, and we look into where you can get it. We don’t sell, quote, invoice, or ship equipment, and we hold no stock of it. The site is written for people in the United States.
We’re also a medical billing company. Those RCM & billing services are agreed with a practice directly, on their own terms, and nothing on this page governs them.
Enquiries, and who you buy from
When you send an enquiry through this site, a member of our team reads it, looks into where you can get what you asked about, and replies within two business days. That reply is what we commit to. We can’t promise to find a source for everything — some equipment is discontinued, prescription-only, or out of stock everywhere — and “we couldn’t find one” is an answer we will give you rather than one we will avoid.
We are not the seller. If our reply names a supplier, anything you buy is a contract between you and them, on their terms — their price, their availability, their delivery, their returns, their warranty. Corera is not a party to it and takes no payment for equipment. We don’t control a supplier’s products, prices, terms, or conduct, and we’re not responsible for them.
Information, not medical advice
Product pages describe what equipment is and what it’s suited for — fit, size, and durability. They are not medical advice and don’t claim to diagnose, treat, or cure anything. Decisions about your care belong with you and your clinician. Some equipment can only be supplied with a prescription or through a payer, so we don’t list it; you can enquire about equipment we don’t list.
Using the site
Use the site for your own purposes and don’t misuse it: no scraping or bulk copying of the catalog, no interfering with the site or its forms, nothing unlawful. Our enquiry forms ask you not to send medical records, a diagnosis, or anyone else’s personal details, and we mean it — tell us what you need in plain terms and that is enough. The site’s text, images, and layout belong to Corera Solutions or to the manufacturers whose products it shows.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy and consumer health data privacy policy, both of which are part of these terms.
No warranty & limits on liability
Catalog information — specifications, images, availability — comes from manufacturers and suppliers, and it can be wrong or out of date. We don’t warrant that any of it is accurate or complete, and it may change without notice. The site and its content are provided “as is,” any manufacturer warranty is a matter between you and whoever sells you the item, and beyond what the law requires our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
