What we collect, why we collect it, and who it’s shared with. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertising networks.

What we collect
To answer an enquiry we collect what an enquiry needs: your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about what you’re looking for — plus an organization and a phone number on the bulk enquiry form, where you give them. We take no payment, so there is no card detail to hold, and we don’t ask for an address, because we ship nothing. We also collect basic, privacy-respecting usage data about how the site is used, described below.
How we use it
We use your information to read your enquiry, to look into where you can get what you asked about, and to reply to you by email — plus preventing abuse of the forms, meeting legal obligations, and improving the site. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers an enquiry needs — our email provider — and only what it needs to do its job. When we look into where you can get an item, we ask a supplier about the item, never about you: no name, email, or phone number crosses. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party advertising or retargeting networks.
Cookies & analytics
We use first-party, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used — not third-party ad pixels or session replay. Non-essential analytics run only with your consent, and we honor the GPC browser signal as a request to opt out. Because some of what you browse here can suggest a health need, health-related data is governed by our separate consumer health data privacy policy.
Your choices & security
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and opt out of non-essential tracking at any time. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. The site isn’t directed to children. To exercise any of these choices, contact us. We’ll update this policy as the site changes; the effective date will move when we do. See also our terms of use.
